Vincent (Vince) van der Bijl is the Founder and Managing Director of MasiSports, a non-profit organisation committed to empowering youth through sport, education, and community development in Masiphumelele.
With a BA UED, he began his career as a high school teacher before becoming a renowned sportsman. His professional journey includes roles as MD of Haddon’s Star, a paper sales executive at British American Tobacco, High-Performance Director at Cricket South Africa (CSA), and Global Manager of Senior Match Officials at the International Cricket Council (ICC). Vince brings decades of experience in strategic design and development, global sports administration, and grassroots community engagement. His strengths lie in building partnerships, fostering inclusive development, and connecting global networks to drive local impact.
